This book is very informative. I’m an attorney who bought this book to help emerging fashion designers with their legal and business needs. The book helps me understand the business of fashion better.

After checking this out at the library, I had to buy my own copy and share with friends. This is a great starter book on the fashion industry with real-world examples to learn from. If you want to start your own clothing line, read this first, or at least check it out at the library. You will definitely come away with insight on what to do and what not to do in the fashion business. I learned a lot and plan to read it again and take more notes.
    Rating: 5 / 5

  4. MAD says:

I gave this book as a present to one of my best friends. After reading the book he told me that he really loved it and all the information has been very helpful.

My friend was planning to study Fashion Design, but this book has changed his mind. Perhaps it gives real experience from professionals in the field and they let you know that “fashion” is not easy nor cheap. You have to work 7 days per week and 12 hours per day.

I think this is meaningful as people can make better decisions about their future and have a better idea about what to expect.
    Rating: 5 / 5

  5. I found this book to be less good than I expected yet still a good or average book. There are too many quotations I think and most of them on issues not needed.
    Rating: 3 / 5
